Custom Process & OrInformation:
General Information:
If you are interested in ordering a commission from me, first we will need to talk about ideas and concepts. I like to have a clear viewpoint about what you are wanting to achieve before I get started on the sketch. After we agree upon a subject/idea, I'll make a sketch(es) to show you. During this process we will work together to get the image placement to your liking. Once you are happy and we have finalized the image format and agreed upon the cost and details. I then will email you a commission contract listing the agreed upon details, and an invoice that will cover 50% down payment of the artwork price. The shipping costs will be added into the final payment. I can not start work on the final product(painting) until the 1st payment is recieved. Once the 1st payment is squared away, I will send you emailed samples of the painting progression. Please keep in mind that the progression samples will never look as good or as complete as the final, but the final stages it always comes together. Once this is finished, I will send an invoice for the final amount including shipping. The finished piece will be sent upon receipt of the final payment. Pricing is subjective to sizing and whether or not you want the piece(s) to be finished and framed. Payment: The following methods of payment are accepted in US funds only: I prefer to use Paypal in all circumstances.However if you do not have a Paypal account I can also use Square Payment Processing for any Major Credit Cards. or Money Order. Please expect shipping and handling price to go up if the piece is 11 x 14 or larger. Shipping and Framing are separate costs. If you would like your piece framed, I can factor that into the cost and will do it for less then it will cost you to take it else where. That's a promise! |
Completion Time:
I require 4 weeks per painting for completion. Many times it will be completed sooner then 4 weeks, but this gives me time to get all the supplies I need, frames etc. to complete your painting to a quality I am happy with. (Painting time is subject to painting size). Please note that the painting time starts after we have finalized your idea and a sketch has been approved. If you need your painting more quickly or have a deadline you need to hit, please let me know. Quick commissions are possible, however there is a rush fee if you need it fairly quickly, email me if you need it quick and we can talk about it. :) Delivery Methods: Email or text by smartphone will be the delivery method for samples. USPS will be the method of shipment for all finished pieces. Shipping options for pieces larger the 11 x 14 will need to be discussed, as the shipping and handling for these sizes cost more. If you prefer a specific shipping method just let me know and we can make it happen. Whatever it is I want you happy! =) General Pricing Guidelines: These are the baseline prices for a custom painting alone using acrylics. (includes materials and labor costs for painting production)These prices do not include shipping, and are subject to change depending on the number of subjects in the painting, or the time involved in a project.
